If you have a valid reason to return an item, please fill out the form below, and a Froghead Team Member will contact you with a Return Authorization Number. This Number is to be written on the outside of the box that you are returning the item in. If you have not heard from our team within 4 business days after submitting the Return Authorization Request, please call (844) 376-4432. All returns will assess a 20% restocking fee plus our original cost of shipping. For orders with free shipping, the cost of shipping will be the amount Froghead Industries was charged by UPS or Fedex.
YOU MUST HAVE A VALID RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER BEFORE RETURNING ANY PURCHASE. IF A PACKAGE DOES NOT HAVE A VALID RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, A CREDIT OR EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
